auto refresh

hello 

my browser ( edge ) always is refreshing page. I cant stop it. I had tried every solution. nothing has changed. 

so i tried to edge://discards/ , I did toggle to  all website in there, but if i closed to edge, i must again toggle to tick.

How I can completely close auto discardable for all time in discard ?

Can you please try to reset the Microsoft Edge Chromium back to defaults? Please see steps below.

To reset the Chromium Edge to its default settings to fix problems, use these steps:

1. Open Microsoft Edge.
2. Click the Settings and more (three-dotted) button from the top-right.
3. Click the Settings option.
4. Click on Reset settings.
5. Click the Restore settings to their default values option.
6. Click the Reset button.

After you complete the steps, the feature will reset the new tab and startup page, search engine, and pinned tabs. Also, this process will disable extensions as one of them could be causing issues, and it'll clear temporary data. However, the reset option won't delete your history or saved passwords.

i did to reset, but it didnt work :(
