Cannot send out email

How do I correct my email to send a response or comment.  I throws my mail into 'draft" and states that I have to rephrase my message because it resembles "spam" or it tells me there is a problem - the content of this email cannot be sent.  What's going on???

Hi there! I am Louie, a Microsoft Community member and a fellow Windows 10 user like you. Hope you're doing well and safe there.

If you're having trouble sending emails using Yahoo via browser please check the list below for info:

1.) Firstly, you need to ensure that the problem is not on Yahoo Mail’s end.

2,) Secondly, make sure your Yahoo Mail is connected to the internet. Weak or no internet connection can also cause trouble sending an email.

3.) If you are facing the issue in your Yahoo Mail app, sometimes your file may get corrupted and cause such issues. In such a case, it is suggested to try uninstalling and reinstalling the Yahoo Mail app to fix the issue.

4.) If you are sending an attachment with the email, make sure that the size of the attachment is not more than the 25 MB. Due to security reasons, Yahoo Mail prevents its users from sending an attachment of more than 25 MB size. If this is not the issue, proceed to the next step.

5.) If the above steps don’t fix the issue, verify the following points:

Check your sent folder, if you find your email there, it has been successfully sent. Also, check-in case

Ask the person (to whom you send the email) to check his/her spam folder. Also, ask to check if he/she added your email address mistakenly to the blocked address list or in case your emails are getting filtered and dropped to a folder other than the inbox.

Ensure that the email address you are entering in the To field is correct.

If none of the steps mentioned worked, you need to contact your email provider to have this issue investigated.

    Sincerely,

    Louie

I see. I suggest clearing cache and browsing history to see if it helps:

If not, you might need to contact your email provider to confirm if there's an ongoing issue. At the same time, we also have other community members who might want to share their input regarding this issue.

    Hi, BonnieFarmer1.

I'm Jen, an Independent Advisor and a Windows 10 user just like you. I don't work for Microsoft but I'm always willing to give any help that I can.

May I know which email provider you're having issues with? Or is it Outlook.com or Office Outlook?

    Kind regards.

I don't use Outlook.  I use Internet Explorer.  My email is through yahoo.com.
