Thanks. In Legacy Edge, you cannot view cookies as they are stored in a file. You can use a utility like this:

In case, if you want to try the new Edge, please download it from here:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/edge
Your data would be migrated, I am not sure if History would also.
I guess I am using the original Edge.

The cookie location is different for both, Legacy Edge and New Edge...
