Error Message when attempting to access Amazon Prime

Question

When I attempt to access Amazon Prime it errors out it says too much activity - sends me through are you and robot and the same thing over and over cannot access that page, I can access any other website except Amazon

I understand you can't sign into Amazon on Edge. Can you sign in with another browser?

1. Try these suggestions from Amazon first for when you cannot sign in to Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display...
2. Right click the Network icon in System Tray at the right end of the task bar, choose Troubleshoot Problems, then All Network Adapters, then "I'm trying to reach a specific website" and copy/paste the exact same URL you're trying to access to trace why it can't connect.
3. See if it's enough to Clear Edge cache: https://pureinfotech.com/clear-cache-cookies-ed...
4. You can reset new Edge in Edge Settings > Reset Settings.
5. If you can't open Edge or if the Edge Reset doesn't work then go into Windows Settings > Apps > Installed Apps > Microsoft Edge > Modify > Repair.
