Touchscreen problem

I've got a Nextbook Flexx 10.1 tablet PC..Works fine for the most part, but it tells me it's not a touch-compatible device and it IS..I have to use the keyboard for basic functions and cannot use the touchscreen at all..I've reset it a few times, (and you can use the touchscreen when you reset) but after the tablet is reset, the touchscreen won't work-I don't see 'HID compliant touchscreen device' in Device Manager either..What to do?

    Hello MelenaMullins

    My name is Gabriel S.

In Windows, search for and open Device Manager.

Expand the Human Interface Devices list.

Right-click on the touchscreen device, and then click Activate, if possible. If the activate option does not appear, continue to the next step.

Touch the screen to see if it responds. If not, continue with these steps.

Right-click on the touch screen device, and then click Uninstall.

Restart your computer to reinstall the touch screen driver.

Touch the screen to see if it responds. Otherwise, proceed to the next step
