Microsoft edge not working

Question

I get this error when trying to open Microsoft Edge.

Windows cannot find 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge\Application\msedge.exe'. make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again

I tried to uninstall Edge but still same error.

Tried cmd commands:

sfc /scannow

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

Still not working.

When uninstalling to old version for edge it's working but the new version not working anymore.

I tried all the solutions but none is working. still giving me the same error

My edge is not able to access camera on my laptop and it edge is not listed in camera privacy setting so i can't grant permission to it from privacy setting. I tried resetting it by all that powershell command after deleting the file from the package folder but it still runs out of nowhere.  Moreover my advance option is not being displayed in the settings>apps option. It only gives me option of modify. Waiting for a helpful reply regarding my problem.
