docs.microsoft.com is down : ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Hello,

I am trying to access documents in docs.microsoft.com and anytime I do a search in bing and click on a Microsoft link I get :ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

This happens in Edge Chrome, IE, Firefox and Google Chrome.

    What part of doesnt work in multiple browers did you not understand. Try doing a bing search on microsoft defender atp and then click on the link for the defender documentation. Im having issues from texas and also have users from TN and NJ getting same error. THERE SITE HAS AN ISSUE!!!!

    Try clearing you browser cache.

    Press CTRL + SHIFT + DEL

    Press Clear/ Clear Data
