Im getting error code “ AADSTS50020” when trying to sign into microsoft edge on iOS. There is an account already signed in but i wanted to sign into another account. The error tells me the following:

AADSTS50020: User account 'insert email' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application 'f44b1140-bc5e-48c6-8dc0-5cf5a53c0e34'(Microsoft Edge) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

Can someone help me out. It’s very frustrating.

    Hi there Jason,

I know this was posted quite a while ago but I wanted to check in and see if you were still experiencing this issue with Microsoft Edge for iOS. I've also noticed a recent trend of upvotes on this thread, so if anyone landing on this thread later is running in to this issue please comment and let me know! A little more context:

That error indicates you're trying to sign in with an AAD account, but the live.com provider looks like it's likely a personal account not a work account. Currently on Edge, you can only sign in with one MSA and one AAD account, so if you're trying to add a second MSA when you already have one signed in, that might be the issue.

If you have any additional questions or are running into this and not covered by the above, please let me know!

    -Alex
