disable autocomplete

How can you disable autocomplete on a page in Edge Chromium? Not just in the search bar... any website that you are using in edge chromium.

That one worked; I don't know why they have ten different methods that seem to suggest it's what that option does.  Finally, the browser URL bar does not auto suggest/populate.

    Navigate to Settings>Privacy and services>Address bar, and disable 'Show me search and site suggestions using my typed characters'.

    If you are referring to disabling autofill from your Edge Chromium, you may follow the steps below.

    Open Microsoft Edge.

    Select the More actions button (indicated by 3 horizontal dots) from the upper right of your edge browser

    Select Settings > Click Privacy and Services

    Under 'Clear browsing data', select 'Choose what to clear....'

    Now, disable Autofill form data (ncludes forms and cards)

    DOES NOT WORK!  I've tried every hack, and every time I open the browser and start typing, multiple suggested sites are populated below the search bar.  Below is the result after simply typing the letter "f".

    No it doesn't work. It's not in the address bar, it's in whatever program/website you are using being in Mircrosoft edge chromium
