Managing tabs, address bar, and search settings in Edge on Windows 10
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
In the newest update of Edge, version 96.0.1054.29, it doesn't seem there is a way to disable tab hover cards. Previously this was possible in edge://flags/, but the flag is no longer there and I cannot find anything in Settings that controls this feature. Is there any way to remove them after this update?

The Tab Hover Cards and Tab Hover Card Images flags were added back as of version 96.0.1054.62.
Edit: They've disappeared again in version 97.0.1072.55. You can make them reappear by enabling the flag "Temporarily unexpire M95 flags", but as stated in the name this is only a temporary solution.
This needs to be fixed!! Enable or Disable Tab Hover Card Images in Microsoft Edge Chromium | Tutorials (tenforums.com) The option to turn this option off. The User Experience on this "feature" is terrible, it takes up to much space as you hover over multiple open tabs, which already have the site label showing in the tab for the most part ..... Put the toggle back
Hi Matt4774
I am Dave, I will help you with this.

I have not seen this mentioned on the Edge Dev forum, they may be unaware that is missing, the best option is to provide feedback to the Edge Development Team, this may be a bug or oversight in that version of Edge.
