Why does the spacebar not work in some games on the MS Edge update?

    Can I go back to the previous version, this version doesn't play video great either.  It pauses constantly.

    So it could be due to the keyboard shortcut being activated. Either you can wait for the developers to note the issue and apply a fix or you could workaround by downloading Facebook Gameroom to play the game.

    I often play diamond club casino slots via Facebook.  I use the number keys to hold cards and the spacebar to deal cards, after the update the spacebar does not work, I have to use the mouse to select the deal icon. 🙁

    Hi and thanks for reaching out! I'm an Independent Advisor and a Microsoft user like you. Please allow me to assist with your issue.

    1. Could you give some examples of the issue you are having (i.e. the game you are playing)? Do you click once on the game element within the webpage before playing?
    2. Spacebar is a keyboard shortcut to scroll down webpage, one screen at a time. So it could be reconigzed as you are issuing a shortcut instead.
