CRM:0023004 showing up in my email template subject line

Hello,
'CRM:0023004' is showing up in my email template subject line when I send the email out to a contact.

It does not appear when I view the template in Dynamics, but it does appear with the contact gets the email.

How do I get it out of there so it does not appear on the email I send?

Help please!

    The "CRM:XXXXXX" is called the "Tracking Token" and can be turned of system wide at 'Advance Settings' --> 'Administration' --> 'System Settings' --> 'Email' tab. User's image
