I entered it it was right... but I can't receive the code in gmail- It's the ONLY email I have on this computer- please someone help there's only two options,either have the code or don't. Is there like a mailbox for microsoft? No, it's gmail..... please help my mom needs to add her own window acc for work.. :(

    Have you looked in the spam section of gmail? Often messages, even if they are not spam, end up there.

    Is this the same email you have for your Windows account? Right click on the start button and select settings. Then, in the left column, click on Account. Look if in the right side if you have not another email than that of gmail.
