Collections in edge does not show notes adding option

My other PC which is a windows 10 has all the functionalities of edge collections. But my new laptop which is windows 11 does not has a note adding option in edge collections. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling edge, didn't work.

What is even more strange is that I have exactly one installation of Microsoft Edge and two profiles, one is an enterprise account for work and the other is my personal Microsoft account. I have this exact issue with my personal account, but not the work account. Which is the only reason I was even aware this was a feature. Started taking notes and using collections on the one account and wanted to separate work from personal but now I see the same features aren't available?

I have the exact same issue.

I can't add notes, and I can't unpin my collection window.

I don't really know what to do, I hope this is fixed soon.

Thanks for the version number and Operating system. Are you currently syncing in Microsoft Edge? If so, I would like you to check your Collection sync setting.

1. Click on the three dots menu button.
2. Click on Settings.
3. In Your Profile, click on Sync.
4. See if Collections is enabled.

2. Go to Help and feedback.
3. Click on About Microsoft Edge.
