Managing tabs, address bar, and search settings in Edge on Windows 10
This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
I have just tried to work with Edge, but I am really disapointed:
When I click to go to the previous page, it goes to the first page of the origin, it means it goes several pages back, but I only wanted to go to the 1 page before. I tried several ways, enable the "back space" to go one page back .. but it does not work well. I don't have this issue with Firefox or Internet Explorer !!
Is there any way to go only one page back ?

Hello Ru,
Thank you for your help! I did all what you said, but I still have the same issue: when I click to go back to the previous page, it goes to the first page of the site, to the origin.
I don't have the same issue with Firefox or with Internet Explorer.
This issue makes me losing a lot of time when exploring the internet sites and makes Edge not usable for me. I am really upset from Microsoft , who force us to use this navigator at each update, a navigator, which is useless !!
Warm regards
Mani

First, we will see if you have the latest updates to Microsoft Edge.
Open Edge > Click on the 3 dots on the top right corner > then select settings.
At the bottom of the left Navigation, Click on "About Microsoft Edge". If you have any updates pending, please install and see if that fixes your issue.
If the issue still persists Can you go to the settings again and select "Reset Settings" > Restore settings to their default values.
