VBA Excel 2010 - parentfield property on pivot tables

Question

I need how to do for i get it the parents names and their parent items with a pivot tables in a current cell selected ( using Worsheet_SelectionChange event

For example: field1 (Grandparents) + field2 (Parents) + field3 (Sons)
