Hi. I have 2 accounts in MS Teams. When I try to sign in 1 account, I get the following message from the system, as if these two accounts are somehow mixed:

Request Id: e8482587-04d9-4990-be82-2451aecb8c00
Correlation Id: 3f36582d-ea3f-4b4f-8a32-5549ba4c642b
Timestamp: 2021-01-19T19:36:42Z
Message: AADSTS90072: User account 'dev04@skxxx.xxx' from identity provider 'https://sts.windows.net/549723e0-ab03-4d9b-9121-ab390c991dc5/' does not exist in tenant '******************************' and cannot access the application '5e3ce6c0-2b1f-4285-8d4b-75ee78787346'(Microsoft Teams Web Client) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account

    @Alexander Eliseev ,

    I have covered some private information for security purpose. Thanks for your understanding.

    To exclude the account side issue, please try to log in Teams web client(https://teams.microsoft.com) in InPrivate mode in browser and observe the results.

    If the two accounts can sign in Teams web client properly, your guess will make sense. Then, clear the client cache by deleting all the files in the following folders as below and try again:

    • %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams\application cahce\cache
    • %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams\blob_storage
    • %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams\cache
    • %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams\databases
    • %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams\GPUcache
    • %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams\IndexedDB
    • %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams\local storage
    • %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams\tmp
