I cannot access Microsoft Support

I can't access Microsoft Support. After I enter my e-mail and password at sign in, the next page shows "You signed out of your account It's a good idea to  close all browser windows. I have done this, and I still get the same thing. I have also tried deleting all my credentials saved in my browsers, to no avail. I have also tried Incognito mode, all resulting in the same screen below, then it takes me back to the sign in page. I really need help activating my Windows 10 Pro asap.
