Hello, I followed the steps to verify if my laptop model: HP 15-f272wm had the bluetooth driver installed and I could not find the name on the list of "show hidden devices".
Hope you can help me with this issue as I bought a device that requires bluetooth connection to work and I have not been able to do so.

Hi, Yes your Laptop doesn't have Bluetooth, It only has Wireless connection (802.11b/g/n (1x1)). Just check the Product Specifications.
