I understand that Edge is not remembering the passwords;
Initially I recommend that you try the following;
Open Edge and go to Settings;
Click Passwords;
Enable the options: "Offer to save passwords", "Save passwords automatically" and "Autofill passwords";
Restart the browser;
Now continue using Edge and check if it saves the passwords;
