Sorry, I wasn't paying attention, so I didn't notice you're talking about Android.
There is no problem with the Microsoft certificate; the fault you're seeing results from a failed validity check. Chrome uses a system for checking certificates that is different from the one used by Edge. I understand that this system is currently being revised (starting with Chrome v.105), so perhaps you've encountered some teething trouble. I can't reproduce this fault. What is the precise URL you're seeing it on? The certificate for the download page is issued by the Microsoft RSA TLS CA, itself certified by the Baltimore CyberTrust Root CA.
Any such fault is usually transitory, so visiting the site again in an hour or two should succeed. You seem to be using Chrome; is there a reason why you posted in a forum for a different browser - Microsoft Edge?
