Github and stackoverflow/stackexchange websites not opening.

I am trying to open GitHub and StackOverflow/StackExchange websites and have not been able to for the last few days. I search on google for GitHub and click the homepage link, it just keeps loading or doesn't load fully. The same goes for StackX websites. The problem is the same when I use the chrome browser. I have tried clearing the web cache and restarting, but it didn't solve the problem. Any help?

    Try these steps:

    Search for cmd in the search bar.

    Right click on the results and click on run as administrator.

    Paste these command in it and press enter after each one :

    ipconfig /flushdns

    ipconfig /registerdns

    ipconfig /release

    ipconfig /renew

    netsh winsock reset

    Restart the computer after this.

    Do you use any VPN or a similar service? If yes have you tried turning it off then checking the website?
