Text lost on Microsoft Edge

Hi, I have lost all text on Microsoft Edge, on every website i try and access. How do i resolve this please?

    I am Jaspreet Singh an independent advisor.

    Are you able to see the text in settings when you click on the three dot menu in top right side?
