Hey Microsoft Community,

I feel like my edge browser isn't working properly and I am not able to sign in to my browser to earn the points to claim my rewards. You see the second picture, well this is what pops up as soon as i hit something on the first picture. And after i hit sign in on the second picture it just reloads the page and I am back to the start. Kinda been at this for hours please help me out.

    Once this is done restart the browser and try signing in again.

    If you still face the same issue check if you are able to sign in with the same Microsoft account on other links like www.microsoft.com
