Bluetooth Issue in Windows 10

This my first time so I hope my question makes sense, I am using an Acer Aspire F5 573G 64 bit Laptop running Windows 10 Home. Randomly my bluetooth drops out, it disappears from the control panel devices so I can't just turn it on again, It also disappears from the device manager. In the past I have been able to reboot probably couple of times and it will magically reappear but not this time, So I downloaded and installed the bluetooth driver 22.190.0.2 from Intel . It downloaded correctly and I rebooted the computer however Windows does not recognise it so I still have no bluetooth, Any suggestions?

    Sumit

Thanks for your reply the issue has resolved itself. I went to downloads and executed the download again, it asked whether I wanted to install, repair or uninstall. I selected repair when it had finished I rebooted the computer and bluetooth magically reappeared. Thanks anyway.

    Hi Robin,

I am Sumit here to assist you with this question.

    Very likely a hardware issue.

Right-click the Start button and select Device Manager.

    Click View>Show Hidden Devices.

Navigate to Bluetooth and expand it.

What is mentioned in the Bluetooth device Properties?
