Hi, my name is Claudeir, I'm happy to help you!

Does the same problem occur when accessing the same website from another browser?

to make sure the Edge works well, click on the three points, Settings > Reset settings. After restoring, just below click on Microsoft Edge to keep everything up to date.

If you still don't solve the problem, reinstall Edge, go to:

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/edge

Scroll down and click Download for Windows and proceed with the installation.

Now in case I got it wrong, and you are in a corporate environment:

-I want to apologize that this is just an ordinary consumer forum. Due to the scope of your question, I recommend posting it on Microsoft's Q&A website, which is a technical community platform where the majority of members were IT professionals who would help you a lot with the issue. They have IT experts who can help you better, especially about Windows servers, Active Directory and Group Policy settings, etc.
