Hi DominickLaDuca,
Have you tried updating your browser to the latest version? If it is updated and still experiencing the problem, I suggest you reset the app to default settings. Ellipsis > Settings > Reset settings > Restore settings to their default values > Reset. Please take note that this will delete everything.
It seems to work fine in Firefox. If I keep it open in Firefox, Edge works fine. If I open it in Edge it seems to slow down all my other browsers as well
Hi DominickLaDuca,
Since I can access the site, we can rule out that it is down. I suggest you clear your cache and cookies. Also, check if you are able to access the site using a different browser. If you can, there's just something wrong with the site data on that browser and you just need to clear it out.
It's hard to tell. It might be from CNBC.COM because I use that site alot.
Hi DominickLaDuca, I am Paulo. I'm an Independent Advisor.
Are you experiencing this on a specific website only? If it is unresponsive on a specific website, try to clear your cache and cookies by pressing CTRL + Shift + DEL then click on Clear Now. Please note that this will log you out on websites that you're currently logged in.
If the browser itself is not responding, right-click on the taskbar and click on Task Manager. On the Processes tab, right-click on the browser and click on End task.
Let me know if this helps
