    Hi Cedric,

Thank you for your feedback. May I know if you have also performed the suggested methods?

If the issue persist, kindly perform a repair install of your Windows which fixes the broken system files on your machine.

    1. Download the media creation tool here: https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/win... (click on "Download tool now") and wait for the download to finish
    2. Temporarily disable your firewall/antivirus, then open the tool and select the option "Upgrade this PC now".
    3. Wait until your machine goes to the process of repair install. There should be no worries in performing it since you will select the option to keep your files during the process.

Please let me know how it goes. Thank you.

Good day! I'm Raniel, a Microsoft user like you. I understand your frustration regarding this issue and I'll do my best to help.

Just to clarify, did you make any changes to your machine before encountering this issue(like installing third party apps/extensions, recent updates, etc..)? Have you also tried to use a different browser to isolate the issue?

Kindly access your account via safe mode. Please see the steps under "From the sign-in screen": https://support.microsoft.com/help/12376/window...

Once done, kindly perform the steps below to troubleshoot the screen flickering issue:

    1. Click on Start and search for "Device Manager" > open it.
    2. Click on the arrow beside "Display Adapters" to expand it
    3. Right click on the listed adapter and select "Uninstall device". Tick the Delete the driver software for this device check box > select Uninstall
    4. Perform a reboot and go to Start > Settings > Update & security > Windows Update > Check for updates to reinstall the driver.

If that didn't work, kindly perform the additional steps on this article for further troubleshooting: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12374/...

You may also clear your browser cache and cookies, or reset the settings of MS Edge:

    1. Open Microsoft Edge and go to Settings and more (...) button from the top-right.
    2. Under the settings, click on Reset settings and select the reset option
    3. Perform a clean boot and check if you'll encounter the same issue: https://support.microsoft.com/help/929135/how-t...

Temporarily disable your firewall/antivirus, then check again

Note: ensure that you are running the latest version of MS Edge

I hope this helps. Good luck!
