It isn’t Edge that is the issue unfortunately so there isn’t any way to change the setting, it is something within the way the VPN tunnel is setup that need modified to allow Edge to contact the services required.

Kind Regards,

Elise

    Thank You Elise

Is there any way to configure the edge container to support this?

Hi, I'm Elise, an Independent Advisor and I'd be happy to help with your issue.

Unfortunately once you connect to the VPN it handles all internet routing, you would need to contact your company IT department to enquire if they can setup split tunnelling which would enable other apps or service such as Application Guard to the the local internet connection, rather than try route the traffic over the VPN.

Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

    Kind Regards,

    Elise
