Thumbnails on Edge

When browsing on Lowes.com, Edge does not open thumbnails when looking at refrigerator reviews but does display thumbnails on BestBuy.com when looking at the same site and the same refrigerator.

    Thanks Paul, tried repairing Edge and that did not work but the reset seemed to work. I have been having some issues with Edge but now it's working fine.

    Good day Pickleballer, thanks for your question. I am glad to be able to provide assistance to you today. Kindly check and try the below and see how it goes.

    Method 1:

    • Launch MS Edge
    • Click on the 3 dots
    • Click on Settings
    • Click on Reset settings from the left side
    • Click on Restore settings to their default values and then click on Reset
    • After doing the above check and try it again

    Method 2:

    • You can also try to repair it by Pressing Windows key + I
    • Click on Apps
    • Under Apps & features look for Microsoft Edge and then click on it on and click on Modify and then click on Repair
    • Check and try it again

    If you will continue to experience the issue even after trying the above and if you felt that this is with regards to the recent update or version of the browser, you can also send a feedback to the team that is working on Edge and hopefully a fix will be applied soon on the next update and you can provide a feedback from the browser itself by clicking on the 3 dots > Help and feedback > Send feedback or press Alt+Shift+I while the browser is open.
