Setupact.log - Notepad

I have been on PC for 44 minutes. Setupact.log - Notepad has closed every website I have gone to. Does anyone know how to stop it or freeze it or delete it? I use a  Dell Inspirion 660s, Intel (R) Core (TM) i3-3240 CPU, 4.00GB.

    Hi Roland,

    I am Sumit, an Independent Advisor and a 3 year Windows Insider MVP here to help.

    Right click Start>Task Manager.

    Expand the same.

    Go to Processes>Notepad.

    Right click and choose end.

    Thanks for the info but I could not Notepad in Processes. Do you have any other ideas?
