Edge Browser Background

Question

I've seen other replies to this same question but none of them work for me. How do I change my background on Microsoft Edge? The other replies say to click the gear icon in the top right corner but there isn't one on my version of edge.

-Open the Edge

-Click the 3 dots at the upper right side

-Go to Settings

-Look for Appearance

-Set your preferred background or themes.

Same for me. I don't want the background with the random pictures, I just want the one with no background, just the Microsoft logo. The only difference is I have a Windows 10 pc because Windows 11 crashed A LOT (like after a week, I couldn't even turn it on and when I went back to 10, I had to reinstall it because it was broken!).

Actually, try going to Settings and change you display scaling to something a little big higher and then back to the previous scaling. Worked for me somehow.
