I am unable to access my Discover charge card site due to this error. I have no problem getting to this site using Google. Any thoughts?

    Hello DeborahRyan1244,

thank you for providing this question.

I am a seasoned Windows expert with almost a decade in usage and support experience and hope to resolve your problems quickly.

That depends highly on where you got the link from.

If it is an old bookmark chances are simply that the company changed the link.

Delete the bookmark and recreate it.

If you got this link i a mail or private message chances are the link uses personal security tokens (and therefor isnt the same for you as it is for the sender) or someone sent you a fake link to trick you into clicking ad or scam.

Those are just possibilitys its impossible to say this for certain without context. Please be wary when navigating the internet and clicking links.

If you consider your problem solved it would be very good if you marked the answer which helped you so others can find and use this thread.

If this didn't solve your problem or you need further assistance please answer in this thread and i would be happy to help.

    kind regards

    F. Grobusch

Also its possible the site you need to visit to run the javascripts needed to display the actual sites do not get run when visiting the bookmark which points to the finshed loading page. Impossible to say without knowing their stack.
