Greetings.

I received this error when trying to log onto my bank website:

"http://signon.navyfederal.org/siteminderagent/forms/nfcu.fcc" on this server.

Reference #18.5ff56868.1621085293.b31497

This is first time error.  There was no error yesterday.  Chrome works fine. I believe an update was placed on this system yesterday evening.

    Good Day Don1b5b4b,

My name is Carlo, I'm an Independent Advisor and community member like you.

I am also using Windows 10 pc. Let us work together to sort this out.

Here's the steps you can try.

    Reset the Edge

-Open Edge and click the 3 dots at the upper right side of your screen.

    -Go to Settings

    -Look for Reset Settings

-Click Restore settings to their default values.

(This will reset your startup page, new tab page, search engine, and pinned tabs. It will also disable all extensions and clear temporary data like cookies. Your favorites, history and saved passwords will not be cleared.)

    Once done, restart your computer.

After restart, open the Edge browser and enter your Bank website manually in the address bar and check if you can get it.

If issue persists, download the latest version of Edge using this link below.

    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/edge/business/d...

    Download the version 90.0.818.62

Once downloaded and installed, restart your computer and check.

I hope the information above helps. Please let me know how it goes.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

    Sincerely,

    Carlo T.
