Can you reach the page in InPrivate mode? Press Ctrl-Shift-N to open a new InPrivate page.
Can you reach account.live.com?
Did not help .Infact once I paste in https://account.microsoft.com/ and hit enter
I the screen no longer even changes the only indication that I pressed enter is the circle icon to the left of the URL box becomes an X (and it takes at least one minute for THAT to happen )
I can navigate anywhere on the internet except to https://account.microsoft.com/
