I cannot print emails from aol.com using Edge. I can print them using Internet Explorer. I have cleared the browser history. I have enabled printing via Local Group editor for Edge. I have made sure the printer is the default printer. The printer works fine with all other apps under Windows 10. I am using Windows 10 pro 1903 18362.720 . The problem started about a week ago after a Windows update. I have searched and found the above recommended solutions. I have rebooted after each solution attempt. Anyone have a solution that works? Big nuisance to log off, switch to Explorer just to print.

Ok nice, happy for you, have a nice day !!
I couldn't uninstall. The right click only showed UNPIN option. I tried SETTINGS and then APPS. Found Edge but the UNINSTALL button was grayed out. So I used Explorer and downloaded Edge again. Install and now printing works. Thanks for the help.
Is it only with AOL or all the sites? If it is for all the sites, the best thing to do would be to uninstall Edge and reinstall it.
Open Windows start menu, type : Microsoft Edge, right click on it and select uninstall.
Now return on this site to download Edge again.
Thanks for getting back to me Marco. I deleted the printers (HP 1200, HP 5510 and Brother Laser 2170w) and re-added them. Rebooted and still same problem. I can print aol emails from explorer but not MS edge. This applies to all three printers.
When I try to print I get a screen that shows the print version of what is to be printed. However I don't get the dialogue regarding printer, copies etc. I have tried the CTRL P. I have also tried to right click. I get the option to print. Selecting the option gets nothing. No screen or no printer options. FYI.
Note-I do have a desktop (Dell) that has Windows 10 Home connected to these printers. I have no problems printing using Edge and AOL emails.
Hello Jerry, my name is Marco and I am an Independent Advisor. I will do my best to help you.
My first advice would be to tell you to download the latest updated drivers from your printer. For that, go to the site of the brand of your printer and with the # of the model you will find the adequate drivers.
If you don't know how to do it, just name the model of your printer and I'll check.
