Authenticator/Edge syncing issue

Hello,

I’ve noticed that passwords in my Microsoft Authenticator have been getting cleared out after syncing with Edge. The passwords remain in Edge but are removed in the Authenticator and I can’t figure out why. Is this an attempt to push me to use Edge as my default password full option? I’ve enjoyed using Edge lately but may have to switch if it is breaking my Authenticator.

    Hi Josh Hogan,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

    Is there any symptom of this issue? I think Microsoft Authenticator is still in a normal life-cycle that we can use it as usual.

    And about Edge, yes we suggest our users to use Edge as the default browser, but the ultimate decision still lies with our users.
