Hi Ayush

I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this . . .

This is normal, all web browsers these days are the most resource hungry applications on your PC, because of all the rich media they need to be able to handle on the Internet

Edge like all other browsers these days is multi-threaded, to spread the load across the cores of your processor

The main application is one process, the video process another, the audio another, security yet another, then there will also be one process for each tab you have open in Edge

How much RAM do you have on your PC, and how much is Edge using?

Thanks for your Reply, Dave. My Doubts are now clear .  I have in my Laptop 8 GB of RAM , Edge  has not consumed more than 1.5 GB of my RAM ( 1.5 GB is the maximum according to my Edge use and needs).

I just wished that maximum 1.5 GB to go around 1 GB. But I understand that as a web browser, there are still limitations to that. Thank you once again , Dave.
