I have a HP edge laptop my tablet mode will come on but my touch screen will not work

I’m Rey, your Windows 10 Advisor.
I understand you are having troubles with the touchscreen of your pc. What you may do is to reinstall your touchscreen driver.
Use this link below:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservic...

You may install the driver for driver-keyboard, mouse and input drivers and select and install the synaptics VFS7552 and Alps Alpine HIID, also Wacom AES Digitizer.
Install all 3 installers and install them.

Did the touchscreen on your HP Envy previously work?

What is the exact Model No. of your HP Envy - that will be printed on a sticker on the underneath bottom casing . . .
