    Hi,

Thanks for posting in Q&A platform.

Before we go further, I would like to confirm the following information with you:

    1. May I know if the network mappings have a red X and will not connect? Will the connection can reconnect if you double click on the drive?
    2. If the issue still existed, could you please help to provide the detailed error message for further troubleshooting?
    3. What's the OS version of your Windows 10 client? 1809 or 2004 or other OS version?

Please also check if the workaround was helpful in the following article:

Mapped network drive may fail to reconnect in Windows 10, version 1809

    Best Regards,
    Sunny

    Hi Sunny,

I ll reply to your questions

    1. What is the red X? Doesn't reconnect on the double click. Ι have to remove the map drive and add it again.

    Hi,

I don't run through the command prompt.

I am doing it Manually from My Computer - Map Drive -> Remove ... -> Add ...

    Best Regards,
    Stavros.

At the command prompt I type the

    net use z: \ip\Users\folder\Documents\Shares\ /user:username password

    and I get the error

    "System error 53 has occured
The netword path was not found."

Also from "This PC" --> Map Netword driver --> Folder \ip\Users\folder\Documents\Shares and user name - password I can login to the server

    How can be solved?
