I keep getting an Access Denied message (below|) when trying to access most websites:

Access DeniedYou don't have permission to access "http://www.jet2.com/login?" on this server.

Reference #18.6e83d717.1653039199.142c7422

This has happened when trying to access the following sites:

Just Eat

BA Airlines

American Airlines

EasyJet

    Good Day Tim8466,

My name is Carlo, I am also using Windows 11 pc and community member like you. Let us work together to sort this out.

-Does it happen to all the browsers? can you please try to check it using a different browser and check if issue persists.

-Are you using a personal computer or a computer from a company or organization?

-Can you please take a screenshot of the error you are getting and post it here for us to identify the cause of it.

I'll look forward for your response so that I can provide an accurate recommendation.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

    Sincerely,

    Carlo T.

    Good Day Tim8466,

I appreciate your time getting back to this thread,

-Are you using a personal computer or a computer from a company or organization? or connected to a private network?

Here's the steps you can try.

    -Go to Settings

    -Click System

    -Click Troubleshooter then Additional troubleshooter.

-Look for Internet Connection and run the troubleshooter.

    Reset Network Settings

    Open Settings.

    Click on Network & Internet.

    Click on Status.

Under the "Change your network settings" section, click the Network reset option.

    Click the Reset now button.

    Click the Yes button.

-Click Start, type CMD and run as administrator

-Copy and paste each of the commands below and hit enter.

    netsh int ip reset

    netsh advfirewall reset

    netsh winsock reset

    ipconfig /flushdns

    ipconfig /release

    ipconfig /renew

Once you entered all those commands restart your computer and try to check those networks.

Have a wonderful day ahead and stay safe.

    Sincerely,

    Carlo T.

    Hey Carlo

I thought my problem was resolved, but alas - no luck.

After going through all the setting changes, I went through all the commands as you suggested. Still the same problem.

I checked with my service provider to see if it was a restriction on my IP address, but they confirmed after doing some tests that they could access these sites from my IP.

    Any other suggestions?

    Tim8466
