You can do that within the browser itself, by pressing Alt-Shift-i to open the feedback pop-up. This will if appropriate generate a support ticket, with subsequent correspondence taking place by email. You can't initiate support by email, because if you try, your message will automatically be linked to its ticket. If no ticket exists, the message will simply be discarded.

You may find that you get just as much support by asking your question here, where you can also submit screenshots: How to include a screenshot in your post There are a number of users who have become experienced in using Edge over the past year ready to respond. Be sure to give as much detail as you can.
