    Hi @amir hamzeh ,

What is your topology in your environment?

Would you please tell us did the issue only appeared on the specific user in your environment?

Can mobile user send IM to desktop client normally?

Please make sure your SFB client with the latest update on your mobile client, and also make sure your mobile phone’s system is the latest version.

For SFB server side, please check if there are any error message in FE server. To test that discovery service is functional in respect to the mobile application, you can also go to www.testconnectivity.microsoft.com to see if there are any error logs from it.
