I have just read the old legacy Edge browser will be removed on April 13 (2021). I have been using the new Chrome Edge for awhile now. Is it possible to remove the old Edge now and how ? Would it be better to wait till April when the patch to remove it will be sent out ? Despite the old and new Edge browsers the Internet Explorer seems to go on and on !

I am Jaspreet Singh an independent advisor.
I would recommend waiting until an update is provided by Microsoft for proper removal. Using hacks or edits can have unintended consequences since edge is integrated into windows other processes too.
