Yes when I go to settings on the micro soft page then about Micro soft then it checks for updates it gives me this

An error occurred while checking for updates: Unable to connect to the Internet. If you use a firewall, please allowlist MicrosoftEdgeUpdate.exe. (error code 7: 0x800421F7 -- system level).Learn more when I search for MicrosoftEdgeUpdate.exe it says it doesn't find the file. Does anyone know what's going on. It was fine before I got a new inter net provider it's with spectrum but i don't think that would do anything. I'm lost

    Same here. This problem started to appear after installation of KB5001330 3 days ago.

    I have  a habit of regularly checking for updates from within Edge and this has never happened before.

    Once downloaded and installed , restart your computer and check if you Edge is updated.
