Edge address bar - avoid auto-"correction"

Hello everybody,

I had a question about the address bar, is there a key-combination to avoid "auto-correction" of the typed address.

My problem stems from trying to reach a LAN server through the local network.

I was able to reach it just fine, with "192.***.***.***:66" before, in between I tried around with some external port and encryption so I reached it once through "https://192.***.***.***:666". Now I am not able to reach it via "192.***.***.***:66" any longer, even though that works just fine with other browsers.

I tried typing very excplicitly: "http://192.***.***.***:66", and "192.***.***.***:66".

With "https://192.***.***.***:66" it recognizes that it is "not secure" but does not redirect to the http:// version.

Is there anyway in the settings to prevent the auto-filling or a shortcut to prevent it for one instance?

I am not keen of deleting my whole browsing history, I tried deleting all the instances I navigated to "https://192.***.***.***:666" with no success.

If there is not solution as of yet, might be an option to consider in the future.

Thank you.

Kind regards,

Felix
