Why does edge keeps changing Page Layout settings

Every few hours my custom image and layout to "image of the day", i am annoyed and epileptic and the "image of the day" gif they used almost gave me seizure

I HAVE NO ADDONS

I HAVE NO ANTIVIRUS

I FOLLOWED SEVERAL TOTURIALS ON PAGE LAYOUT IT DOESNT WORK, IT KEEPS CHANGING FOR NO REASON

    If you haven't tried resetting Microsoft Edge settings yet, I would like you to try that and see if it solves the issue. This will reset your startup page, new tab page, search engine, and pinned tabs. It will also disable all extensions and clear temporary data like cookies. Your favorites, history, and saved passwords will not be cleared.

    1. Click on the three dots menu button.
    2. Click on Settings.
    3. Click on Reset settings.
    4. Click on Restore settings to their default values.
    5. Click on Reset.

    What version is your Microsoft Edge? You can follow the step below to check.

    1. In Microsoft Edge, click on the three dots menu button.
    2. Go to Help and feedback.
    3. Click on About Microsoft Edge.
