As of 10/21/22, I opened my LG Gram Intel Evo laptop to find a security "lockdown" message which instructed me to call Microsoft at 1-877-715-4026. I called the number, spoke to two people (who sounded like there were in India) and confirmed they were Microsoft employees. They subsequently asked me to download Ultraview (see attached printscreens). I did this but later realized this could be a scam and uninstalled the program. However, when I uninstalled the program, it said that there might still be something on the computer (see attached printscreens).

Hi, I'm Robinson, and I’m happy to help you today.
You were right to not allow access to your computer, this is known as a tech support scam. Microsoft will never request that you call them and never will call you without your support request on the Microsoft contact us page.
The first thing that you need to check is if have any threats on your computer, you can use the Windows Defender offline scan and the Microsoft Safety scanner to scan your computer and removes the threats. You can see how to do it on these links.

This message is normal when you uninstall some programs, you don't need to worry about it. Once you uninstall the Ultraview the scammer doesn't have access to your computer. You can check on the C:\Programm Files and C:\Programm Files (x86) if there are any leftover files from the Ultraview and delete them manually.
Please check this link to see how to protect against tech support scams and how to report them to Microsoft.
