It keeps happening to me, I have uninstalled the app, cleared the cookies and It will work for 2min then it starts doing it again.
any recommendation's would be amazing.

I would suggest you refer to the below solution and check if it helps to resolve the issue.
Solution 1. Reset Microsoft Edge settings.

Note: This will reset your startup page, new tab page, search engine, and pinned tabs. It will also disable all extensions and clear temporary data like cookies. Your favorites, history, and saved passwords will not be cleared.
Solution 2. Perform a clean boot in Windows

A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs so that you can determine whether a background program is interfering with your program or app. This is similar to starting Windows in Safe Mode but provides you more control over which services and programs run at startup to help you isolate the cause of a problem.
