I used Acrobat DC to create a fillable form with a submit button. Many users for this pdf use Microsoft Edge, but the form is useless is the Submit button does not work.This button does not work in Edge. How can I get responsive buttons to work in Edge?

It appears that Edge doesn't recognize any Acrobat button functions: Not only for me but for all of my colleagues. We are using this functionality without issue in Explorer. I'm not sure what we'll do once Explorer is no longer supported by MS. Having to download every form to access functions/fields seems archaic.
Thanks for your quick reply Luciano. Before I go through all those steps, I need to know if the steps are applicable to just the creator of the Adobe form (me) or if recipients of the form using would also need to preform these steps. This is a form for our church members, many of whom are elderly and would not want to or know how to go through all the steps in order for those who use Edge.
I did email the form to my husband who also was not able to make the Adobe "submit" button work in Edge.
Thanks for the feedback.
Can you send me a screenshot and more details about the problem? Thanks.
I await news.
Hello how are you?

Try the following solutions:
Clean boot.
Clean boot is used to determine if a background program is interfering with the system.
1-Press the Windows + R keys, type
msconfig and click OK;
2-In the System Configuration window click on the tab
services;
3-At the bottom of the screen, check the Hide all Microsoft services box
and click Disable all;
4-Now click on the Programs Startup tab
and click Open task manager;
5-In the task manager window on the startup tab,
disable all non-Microsoft programs, close the
task manager and click ok on
system configuration and restart your computer if prompted.
NOTE: This procedure disables all third-party services and programs. You can later, if the problem is solved in this way, selectively enable the programs and services that will start with Windows, instead of keeping everyone disabled. If the problem returns after activating the startup of a specific service or program, the problem is exactly in the startup of this software and it is recommended to remove it.
Create a new user profile
We will try to create new user profile to check if the issue happens on all windows users on your computer or just isolated on the current profile that you're using.
net user "account name" /add
(change the "account name" to any name that you preferred)
net localgroup administrators "account name" /add
(change the "account name" with the name that you put in the first command)
Sign out from your old user profile then sign in to the new user profile and check if the same issue persist.
I await news.
